1. Implicit 6-Month NDA

To foster high-bandwidth, strategic collaboration, all consultations scheduled via kzs.me/meet or our VideoAsk widget are protected by an implicit Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (mNDA).

Protection is effective immediately for a duration of six (6) months following the call.

2. Data & Analytics

We utilize Google Analytics to refine our funnel performance and VideoAsk to manage domestic communication. No project data is sold to third parties.

3. Strategic Intent

As a Silicon Valley based agency, we prioritize professional documentation and direct communication. We reserve the right to decline calls that do not align with our development standards.
